Andrei Ilnitski, MD, PhD, DSc, Professor

He was born in 1973.

He graduated from Vitebsk Medical Institute (1996), doctoral studies at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology (2007). He also had internship at the Open Medical Institute (Austria), the United Nations Institute for Ageing (Malta). Prof. A.Ilnitski received Doctor of Science degree level or the development of the problem in the field of medical rehabilitation of older seniors.

Vice-Chief editor of scientific journal "Gerontology", which is published in Russian and English languages. Member of edition body of "Advances gerontology" Jornal. Guest professor at Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic), St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology (Russia), the University of Santa Elena (Ecuador). Practicing physician, geriatrician.

Under the leadership of A. Ilnitski topical issues in the field of social gerontology and anti-aging medicine are developed.

Prof. Kiryl Prashchayeu I the first Belarusian scientist, defended his PhD on "gerontology and geriatrics."

In 1999 Alenskaya Tatsiana graduated Vitebsk State Medical University on speciality “General and preventive medicine” and was issued the Diploma with Honour. Then she studied in the clinical residency being specialized in Therapy. Candidate’s thesis was defended in 2004 and T.Alenskaya was awarded the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

From 2008 Alenskaya T. was awarded academic degree of Associate Professor on specialty “Clinical medicine” (according to the Certificate of Higher Certifying Commission).

From 2013 she worked as a head of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation and physical culture, from 2015 - head of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation.

T. Alenskaya was responsible for a medical rehabilitation course in 6th year students of Medical Faculty. She worked out and presented multimedia lectures for students of the Medical Faculty and the Overseas Students Training Faculty. She has been reading lectures and conducting practical classes in Russian and English languages. She taught the courses “Geriatric Medicine – problems of old patients” and “Medical Rehabilitation” for clinical interns.

From 2001 till 2005 she completed the full course of Vocational training on the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at Vitebsk State Medical University.

T.Alenskaya participates in scientific work actively. She has 139 scientific publications, 1 instruction for researching methods approved by Health Ministry of Belarus, 2 rationalization proposal, 5 acts of scientific development.

2003 - Director of the "New Ideas" firm, the Chief Editor of “Intellectual Capital” magazine.

From 2005 to the present time - Chief Editor of "Science and Innovation" magazine (in the Publishing House "Belarusian Science").

While working on the publishing field organized and hosted four international conference on innovation and environmental issues, as well as dozens of workshops, seminars, including intellectual property.

Alena Barun, Ass. Prof., PhD.

In 1999 she graduated from the Polotsk State University, "National History" specialty. From 2009 to 2013 were trained in graduate school educational establishment "Brest State University named after A.S. Pushkin". In 2015 she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of historical sciences.

Since 1999 works in Polotsk State University, since February 2017 - on the head of the department of physical culture and sports. Since March 2016 it is part of the working group on the development and popularization of physical culture and sports in Polotsk district at Polotsk regional executive committee. Member of the Republican educational and methodical association of education in the field of physical culture.

It has produced about 30 publications (scientific and educational-methodical), including educational and metadychnye recommendations abstracts at scientific conferences, articles in scientific journals and books. Participated in 24 scientific-theoretical conferences and seminars, 3 scientific internships in Poland, Lithuania and Latvia, participated in four state-funded scientific topics.
